ɫ������ AND PERM REGION SIGN MEMORANDUM ON COOPERATION

Governor of Perm region Dmitry Makhonin and President of PJSC ɫ������ Vagit Alekperov signed today a memorandum of understanding regarding investment project of construction of catalytic cracking complex at the Perm refinery.

The project will be implemented under ɫ������'s agreement with Russian Ministry of Energy on an investment increment to reverse excise tax on oil until January 1, 2031. The launch of the complex in 2026 will allow to increase production of high quality motor petrols and start production of polymer grade propylene, which will be used as feedstock for ɫ������'s petrochemical facilities.

Vagit Alekperov and Dmitry Makhonin also held a video conference with workers of ɫ������ Group in Perm region and took part in the ceremony of national, regional and corporate awards presentation.​

08/09/2021 - ɫ������ SUPPORTS SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION IN PERM REGION

Governor of Perm region Dmitry Makhonin and rector of Gubkin University Viktor Martynov signed an agreement on development of scientific cooperation and implementation of joint research projects today in the city of Perm, in the prescriptive of President of ɫ������ Vagit Alekperov. ​​

Governor of Perm region Dmitry Makhonin and President of PJSC ɫ������ Vagit Alekperov joined today's ceremony of gifting new medical vehicles to 16 regional hospitals and took part in the grand opening of a new sports arena in the city of Chernushka (Perm region, Russia​).​

Vagit Alekperov, President of ɫ������, and Dmitry Makhonin, Head of Perm Region, signed an Agreement on Social and Economic Cooperation for 2021-2025 today in Perm. It is designed to continue the sustainable economic development of the region and to implement local and regional social projects.
