Members of PAO ɫ’s Management Board did not give their consent to the incorporation of, or their purported appointment as directors of “OIL COMPANY ɫ LTD”. Consequently, the Members of PAO ɫ’s Management Board are not directors of OIL COMPANY ɫ LTD.
